I bought a Vintage SG as i kept knocking my Gibson about when practicing,I paid £199.00 for it, it arrived bang on time and well wrapped, I thought at that price the frets would need dressing, the guitar setting up,but what a nice surprise, straight out of the box,put it in tune, it plays like a dream, what a bargain, I'll never be a guitar snob again,thank you guitarbitz, great service, great guitar

I brought an amp for my son for christmas, due to him being part of a new band, and being new to this only had a rough idea of what he wanted. I spoke to a wonderfully help full gentleman, who not only advised me that the amp I was looking for would be suitable to meet my sons needs, when I also wanted to order a lead as well, he again gave me advice to ensure it was the correct one, (low and behold I was looking at the wrong thing !!!). He then went on to suggest the an alternative that would better suit my sons needs. At all time he was helpful and polite. I was offered next day deliver at no extra cost, and delivery was arranged to my parents address. I then received a number of text/emails to confirm when the item had been dispatched, when it was on its way, and even given a hour time slot for deliver. I would strongly recommend to anyone (us mums), who don't really under stand all the technical side of this, to give this company a go.

This must be the fastest turnaround ever - ordered the strings on the afternoon, they arrived the next day. Now that's what I call excellent service. You've just gained another regular customer.

I have placed a number of orders with this company, they always perform to a high degree, and it's a pleasure to deal with them.

As a left-hander and a beginner I was unsure whether I should learn to play right or left-handed. I had originally ordered a left-handed guitar but it was marked and there was no other of that make in stock, Davin suggested I tried both ways and spent the best part of an hour going through the basics and giving me time to decide which suited me best.
I was very impressed with the help and advice I received and the friendliness of all the staff
