Would easily have been minus 50!

Would easily have been minus 50!

"We remain committed to ensuring the customer voice is at the heart of our organisation and that their feedback plays a key part in shaping our services"
This is provably false.
And what's worse, Amplius know they can get away with it, hence why it will NEVER CHANGE!

Yet another shocking display of…

Yet another shocking display of attitude, unawareness to customers, pathetic customer service and care, untrained customer service teams and all round useless! After the promises made by a high member regarding awareness and tenants being ill or having disabilities its back to square one with the rudeness, and all out attitude of the staff! Not all but some and then the management are scared to come on the phone and take responsibility and now just relay messages back to original server team!! Poor poor poor! Absolutely disgusting. After I praised them before! What a joke this company is.

For maladministration

For maladministration, contact the Housing Ombudsman. It's an easy Google search.👍

The Internal Amplius complaints system doesn't seem fit for purpose.

They do not care about anti-social behaviour, even when shown clear evidence.. Terrible , dishonest company.

No effort Amplius

I complained about anti social behaviour and they said they would do nothing because it was the first complaint, it isn't. Others have as well. They are just trying to make as little effort as possible

I am currently dealing with an ongoing…

I am currently dealing with an ongoing issue involving Amplius Housing, and I feel it is important to highlight my experience.

Amplius initially acknowledged concerns relating to land they own and indicated that the situation would be addressed, including confirming that a structure on the land was unauthorised and required removal.

However, their position has since changed significantly. Amplius is now no longer disputing the issue and is progressing towards disposing of the land privately, despite being fully aware of the circumstances.

I have also been informed that the land will not be made available to me, despite my willingness to purchase it at fair value, while it appears it may be transferred to the party connected to the issue.

I have made multiple attempts to engage, including escalation to senior leadership and Board level, but have not received any response. I was also advised that correspondence had been sent to me which I did not receive at the time, raising further concerns about how this has been handled.

The overall handling of this matter gives the clear impression of inconsistency, lack of transparency, and a failure to properly address issues previously identified.

This situation is having a direct impact on my family, including ongoing distress and privacy concerns affecting our home.

As a charitable organisation, I would expect Amplius to act with fairness, accountability, and consistency.

I would welcome a clear and transparent response from Amplius.

4 missed called in 2 hours!!!!!

Moved in to my property in March. As the rent is extremely high for a 2 bed flat i was struggling to pay it in one lump. I called up and spoke with someone from amplius and i wanted to make 2 rent payments per month and they suggested they take payment directly from UC. As I used to pay rent on the 1st, and AMPLIUS changed the date to the 21st I have had to cover 2 weeks rent. I work full time and a single mum money is very tight. As the payment is late as i cant pull money out of my arse i had 4
miased calls feom amplius in a 2 hour time frame. Are you allowed to harrass tenants? When I signed up the property I was lied to about a DHP payment so all my savings was then used to pay a deposit that I was told I'd get back and tbh since living there I am in financial difficulty. I an miles away from family and friends. Seems I am going to have another day of threatening calls as my rent payment can't be paid till the 21st

Awful company!!

I was with this company long enough to remember when they were called friendship housing and care, then it changed to Longhurst and now Amplius, after nearly 10 years been with this company, they have destroyed my life and trust, false allegations against me have destroyed me mentally, when I get my life back I will never want anything to do with them AGAIN!!!

I would name drop individuals but I'm not childish, I hope they're happy with themselves.
Nice to know you but I'm done with you as a company you should be ashamed.

July 31st is a date I will never forget or get over any time soon.

I have lived in my flat for 13 years…

I have lived in my flat for 13 years and since Longhurst merged with GUHG and become amplus I have felt unhappy living in my flat . I just want to move away .
When I retired I stopped receiving Housing benefit so had to start paying full rent I emailed them to ask them to start taking the full amount and nothing happened, I emailed them again and nothing happened, I received a letter saying I was in arrears and could face eviction so I emailed them and got no response I prefer to email due to being on the autistic spectrum, I received another letter threatening eviction so I phoned I spoke to someone who would not let me get a word in who told me they would put the arrears onto my rent and if I didn’t keep up payment I could face eviction.
When I could get a word in and told them that I would clear the arrears in full by bank transfer and could I have their bank details the said they would email me the details but if I didn’t make payment and maintain my rent payment I could be evicted .
I just want to move away from any housing provided by them I don’t feel comfortable anymore

Poor service

Been renting 2 and a half years after an emergency move however the first storm we had blew off and moved tiles on the roof. Iv reported it multiple times, iv had 3 people out who all say it needs scaffolding but it never goes further than that. Iv put in a complaint which got me no where. I have gapes in my roof. Winter is coming around again and I don't need to be paying near £700 a month for a home that's going to get damp and mould because GUHG can't get there act together and get the job done.

Customer Service is shocking!

Customer Service is shocking! They ignore your emails, never pick up the phone. They are quick enough sending out letters regarding rent increase, funny that. My rent has risen to nearly £600 pcm & yet my wage alone is a little over £1000.
