I rent a server for Enshrouded with party of 4. I played a couple while and it was fine until the moment it came. The ping was 900ish and I complained. The customer service handled it very quickly but no solution was provided and I can assure you it wasn't from our side (ISP, hardware, etc.) because the lags jumps from one person to another constantly.

Fantastic service. Used it for half a dozen games or so, no fuss, just works. If it doesnt, fantastic support will help you out directly and promptly.
Really can't complain about anything at all.

This is a scam website; they're holding my money and not paying me. Despite contacting them numerous times, I've received no response. Most of the reviews are paid reviews to attract readers. Terrible experience.

I'm new to having a dedicated hosting server, Jamie Redpath helped me a lot navigating through it. They deserve the 5 stars for being patient with me.

Service is perfect, never had an issue. When I needed to move the service to a different server, the Taylor and Jamie from GTXgaming made it extremely easy and did the process for me.

All with no extra cost.

I'd recommmend anyone that wants a decent server to play PZ on to use this service. Easy to mod the server, and update to the latest branch!

I needed help uploading my solo world to the server and he was such a good help. talked me through each step so i didnt get confused. Answered every question i had with confidence. Really recommend GTX for server hosting. Been such a smooth experience. Way better than i expected.

I’ve been using GTX Gaming since the days of hosting Ark: Survival Evolved (ASE). When Ark: Survival Ascended (ASA) launched and Nitrado initially had exclusive rights, I was incredibly frustrated. The difference in service is night and day. With my previous host, if there was an issue, they would just check their end and tell me to "figure it out" with zero help.

That changed the moment I saw GTX had ASA servers. I switched immediately and haven't looked back. The GTX team is amazing—they don’t just fix things; they actually teach you. Everything I know about troubleshooting a server today is because their support staff took the time to explain things to me while I was learning. They are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. If you are looking for a host that actually cares about your experience, GTX is the only way to go.

I tried using GTXGaming for server hosting for the game "Stormworks build & Rescue" and I bought a $6 plan which said I had 8gb of Free RAM, 8 player slots, and a Ryzen 9 5.7Ghz or better, When I loaded in it would lag if I spawned something remotely big that fit in the workshop and whenever it was all stable flying a small plane at 60+ TPS the server froze and crashed, and it would keep doing it over and over until I contacted support and they only had a 24 hour refund policy and I couldnt do anything, I also had bought a high Priority CPU upgrade for $6 and it made no difference kept crashing low TPS and had to limit it down to 4 players and even then it would still crash, I switched to Qonzer Hosting and it finally helped me from not crashing and the staff helped me set the stuff up and I was able to host with high TPS and 10 players, no this isnt a sponsor but overall horrible server.

Woooooow. Are you kidding me? How does this service work so well and Bisect, 4netplayers etc, work so poorly? I just cant believe it. I probably sound like a commercial. Its only because I have been struggling with horrible server admin interfaces, horrific ping and just all around bad server services for so long. I'm speechless. So good for the money..

I had a problem with directory access and mod installation. James was very helpful and got the server running. He even managed to salvage my save files and kindly re-installed the mod for me. He was so quick at replying, he was replying before I even thought to refresh the page.
Always use GTX game hosting where possible. Great service. Will always highly recommend.

GTXGaming are by far the best servers I have ever used, the control panel is pretty easy to get use to once you look into it, if you do need help at any time the staff are very friendly, Tom I have had a few times is a great guy and always available to help, always sends links if needed or advise on where to find what you need, I would recomend these servers over any other 100% 5/5 Rating for me

I've had multiple game servers through GTXGaming: Arma 3, DayZ, Minecraft, and several other servers. I rarely had issues, and when I did, the support team was always quick to help and very helpful.
