James Knott was an absolute gem!
He helped my with a few issues I was having, was incredibly quick with his responses. The best customer support for anything I've ever received. He was polite and helpful. I hope I don't need any more support, but if I do, I hope I get James!

probably imo one of the easiest server hosts to add mods and edit files on everything is essentially there when you hire out the server.

Small problem with the implementation of a gaming server. Taylor got right on it and we were up and running in 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for better really.

Ease of use. Multiple games are available to host. Customer service is fast and efficient, they dont wast your time with "dumb" ideas. They know the games and are able to help. I host 3 game servers with them ad will host more here as needed.

I have used GTX for a number of years for various gaming servers and have always found them to be prompt and very helpful. The servers themselves are very reliable and easy to use. Uploading files is very simple.
If you're unsure, give them a go. You won't regret it.

Excellent service, absolutely fantastic support, and the servers are set up quickly. You can change the game, upgrade your RAM, etc. at any time. For me, it's the best provider. A small note: I'm from Germany and glad I found this service.

I am not particularly tech-savvy. The Help Desk staff and chat staff are incredible communicators and extremely helpful when I needed help setting up my server.

What a good customer agent, he even enter in my hytale server to test some things.

I have been with GTXGaming for many years across several games.
Not only are their rates reasonable or better than other hosts, but their quick and easy setup and rapid and excellent customer service is 5 star!
I won't use another host for our servers.

A fast, reliable hosting provider, offering a wide range of servers and games. Prompt to reply to tickets, and good value for money. Also, they sometimes do game giveaways on their Discord server!

They advertised being able to host my game. I joined and found there was zero documentation for how to bring over saved file. Reached out to support same day, they were very criptic, so i asked for refund. They decided to continue on trying resolve problem instead.

Turns out the game needed to be updated, but I would get an error. They had to update it on their end.. and were nice enough to let me know that because 48 hours had passes, that I was not elgible for refund, even though their service was not running the game I uploaded (even provided the file to support and images of where the file was placed.. but instead they tried to sell me paid migration service!

Absolutely top notch service, Taylor was awesome helping me get my server working perfectly. 100 recommend.
