For any business that is thinking of renting from them: Avoid at all costs.
GSG is nothing what you know about a landlord. It is a grand fraudulent group that offers "One sided communication" with their tenants and will do everything in their power to keep raising rents and not pay back deposit fees.
The communication being "one sided" is not new. This has always been the case. After you sign the contract you are on your own. If you try to contact GSG email addresses, you will never get a reply.
If you hire a lawyer to contact them (Like we did) then they will put their lawyer on it, and their lawyer will tell you that is stated in the contract that "GSG does not need to provide any kind of communication to their tenants".
I have absolutely never seen anything like this and It just blows me away how this is even legal.
Their lawyer will also never reply. We have sent her 6 emails in the past 2 months, and not a single one has been answered.
They ended up charging us 8000 EUR in legal fees so far because of the "communication" and we have been stupid enough to not go through with the court case.
We have now been waiting over 6 months to get back our 25000 EUR deposit for them, and it looks like they are doing everything they can to avoid us.
