I had a problem with one of the items with a complete setup I purchased this item was quickly replaced by the customer service people I dealt with Beth an Kieron both went above and beyond to get it replaced for me asap would definitely use this company again .

Every order something is damaged 🙄
Ordered 2 grow lights,ballast ,bulb and other items, very both bulb and heavy ballast free to move around a large box,the ballast somehow still worked but light fitting was extremely bent and bulb broken.
They promised to replace the bulb and I agreed to straighten the light fitting as I couldn't be bothered returning it.
No Bulb arrived,then no response to messages regarding this on multiple occasions.
Next order arrived with a ripped bags of bat mix inside the postal packaging, obviously split before they posted, however I didn't contact them as they didn't respond previously,just used it.
Delivery of first order also took ages
Very poor service overall

They used DHL again sent 6 parcels i received 2 parcels 1 day 2 damaged torn bags the next and theres still 2 missing.. DHL is going to ruin your business. GROWELLS CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DONE A GREAT JOB OF DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM , ITS SUCH A SHAME DHL IS LETTING THEM DOWN SO BADLY obviously had not sorted problem just had disgusting customer service what a bad experience wouldnt recomend to my worst enemy

Absolutely brilliant firm to deal with after I didn’t recieve my order I got in touch and they sent another order out straight away and also I have suffered with spider mite eating my plants for years but when I ordered stuff with growell they were eradicated for first time ever their stuff really works and customer service is next to none so I cannot wait to deal with them again without any hesitation 😊

Don’t bother wasting your money or time I ordered from them over a week ago and they still haven’t sent my items, they don’t reply to emails nor help if you call them it’s not there issue apparently so I’m now having to go through my bank to reclaim the money lost all because they clearly can’t operate a company correctly

Had a problem with a delivery. A quick call to customer services resolved my issue.
Later on I had an issue with the device I purchased, I though it was faulty. I called customer service and they requested that I make a video showing the fault. During the time it took me to make the recording customer services called me and explained what I did wrong. They even made a video to show me.
Great Service. Something that is quite rare.
