Vile company
Vile company. They insured my dad and within 48 hours cancelled the policy stating he didn’t supply documents (he wasn’t asked to) they then continued sending out a tracker for a policy they cancelled and asked for the documents. You cannot get someone on the phone it’s a total scam. Offer low cost insurance, retain the premium but cancel the cover.
Their reviews are also fake! You will notice they all claim the same 3 things, price, they actually got to speak to someone (that’s a joke in itself) and that they were helpful! None of that could be further from the truth. Maybe stop scamming people and having multiple people per day creating fake reviews and your business would do better!

I had found a deal that suited my needs
I did not want to get my insurance again with you as I found a better deal, I even found a better deal with your insurance company. When I phoned up to discuss the options I wasn’t given the choice or the chance to change. I was willing to stay with you but with the other option that suited my needs better but basically I was told
“ no too late” if I wasn’t out of town in the Campervan that was being insured I may of risked cancelling the whole thing, but then you knew that anyway

We do provide renewal invitations in advance of the renewal date to give customers sufficient time to review their quote and contact us if they wish to discuss their cover, make changes, or explore alternative options before the renewal takes place. Unfortunately, once a policy has renewed and entered a new period of cover, any request to cancel is subject to the cancellation terms and charges outlined within the policy documentation.

As part of our renewal process, we send an email notification advising customers that their renewal quote is available to view in their online account. We encourage customers to review the renewal documents carefully and contact us in good time before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue their cover.
The renewal notice also explains that, unless we are instructed otherwise, payment will be collected automatically seven days before the policy renewal date to ensure there is no interruption to cover.
