Terrible customer service and company rules. I have had the wrong address put down,and i contacted them immediately, they refused to help. "Once printing starts no cancellation or address change" which is ridiculous, and they told me multiple times its my fault. Generally there should be an alternative way to handle "mistakes like this" never ever gonna use them again,family and friends I have there said the same thing. I have to now chase down the courier online or on the phone from UK to deliver alcoholic gifts to the right address. Like come on how hard it is to help your customer. Its all about willingness,but they don't care. Seriously... money gone, package might not get to the person

Delivery is incredibly confusing. At the end of the order process you can clearly choose a delivery date where you select a day + delivery costs. For Saturday it says €9.99, all other days it’s €4,99. However, this is NOT the actual delivery date, the actual delivery date is the next day. I paid for Saturday delivery (or so I thought) because that is my mother’s bday. The order confirmation also says the delivery date is the selected date (Saturday). But the actual delivery will be Sunday.

Why make it so confusing when people order here for special occasions that are very date specific?

Very bad service last time i ordered they sent a totally different item. This time i paid and wanted to change the delivery date on the same day i paid before they process anything.
But told i can’t do that horrible service

They send automated e-mail marketing campaigns to celebrate birthdays, marriage, etc. Even if people have been divorced or when they have passed away. This is a to sensitive topic to automate!!

I ordered some stuff for my girlfriend whose birthday is on 14th of Februari. They send it with Packs and the t&t said after a while delivered. Nothing was delivered and nobody rang any doorbell! I’ve marked it as not delivered with Klarna and I still have to pay. They won’t give me a POD with my signature, it doesn’t exist of course. And I’ve been in a queue on their site for over 30 minutes now.

Horrible experience. Never ordering here again.

It took 2 days to be able to complete the purchase . For some reason the website was not connecting to payment / check out options

I order from Australia for my family in NL. This time ordered a present and card, which never arrived. I contacted both Packs and Greetz, and Packs eventually, after a few days, responded by saying I need to contact Greetz. Greetz never responded, but sent me a crazy amount of promotional emails instead, including an email with a questionnaire. Filled out the questionnaire to point out the issue AGAIN. Their response was an automated email offering me a FREE STAMP for my next order. Beyond ridiculous and tone deaf. You already stole EUR 50+ from me, and now you want more?! Worst service ever, I will never in my life use Greetz again.
