I approached Carl at Green Grey estate agents after previously being on the market to sell my home for over 12 months with 2 other estate agents, previously being unsuccessful.
From the first phone call with Carl it was evident that the service I would receive would be thorough and excellent. Carl was always hard working, professional, insightful and gave clear down to earth advice throughout the whole process. There were always catch up phone calls once a week after work to discuss and update on matters. Carl is always on hand and easily contactable when you need him. There was never a time when you could not get hold of Carl, unlike other agents who finish for the day. Carl goes above and beyond the normal 9-5 agents.
I can definitely say after experiences with many other estate agents in my life, that I have never had a better service than from Carl at Green Grey and I would not hesitate to use his company again and would thoroughly recommend anyone who wants to sell their home to go with Green Grey.
