Quick service.
Quick service and kept up to date on when the recovery vehicle would arrive. An excellent technician who kept us aware of everything he was doing in checking are car. Then when he verified that the car was still not working properly towed the vehicle to the garage we chose.

I was not told I would not be getting…
I was not told I would not be getting car home with me , could be 4 days !! they don’t do transfers as often as they claim . I was also not expecting to have to claim refund rather than free as a member , It was a puncture I had to pay £350 , I could have called an independent tyre recovery for less and get faster attendance . I regret leaving RAC

3 hours waiting
Needed assistance on Sunday as my wife’s car had a totally flat tire due to a broken valve. We were in a garage yards from the air machine and blocking 1 of the 4 lanes.
Initially told 2 hours waiting then this increased to 3.
Luckily a guy was able to jack the car, removing the tire and took it to a garage to be repaired.
We were back on the road in 45 minutes as opposed to sat in the most awkward place for 3 hours.
Thinking twice now for my renewal next month

I had a policy covering two cars
I had a policy covering two cars. Late in the year I replaced one, that came with breakdown cover. The policy was set to auto renew, so I tried to change it. This meant I had to contact them. The person on the chat was not that helpful, and simply set the policy not to auto renew. Then I had to get a quote and buy it. That part was straight forward enough. We'll see what happens if I have to claim.

Can't fault Green Flag
Car would not start, battery flat. Called Green Flag via the app, filled in the questions very easy and they responded by saying that rescue would be with me in 45mins.
Rescue arrived in less than 30min and hey presto on my way 10min laterr.
Could not fault it.
