I had a policy covering two cars
I had a policy covering two cars. Late in the year I replaced one, that came with breakdown cover. The policy was set to auto renew, so I tried to change it. This meant I had to contact them. The person on the chat was not that helpful, and simply set the policy not to auto renew. Then I had to get a quote and buy it. That part was straight forward enough. We'll see what happens if I have to claim.

Can't fault Green Flag
Car would not start, battery flat. Called Green Flag via the app, filled in the questions very easy and they responded by saying that rescue would be with me in 45mins.
Rescue arrived in less than 30min and hey presto on my way 10min laterr.
Could not fault it.

Everything got done but it was a drama that we had our dog with us. Individual call handlers and technicians were helpful but the culture seemed to be as if our frightened spaniel could be left or we could make alternative arrangements for him.

I had to deal with this company when my husband died. It was a straightforward experience which was very refreshing and much needed at that time.
I have also used them for a breakdown in the past, that was also a positive experience. They kept me informed throughout the process.
