Where is it?
Email from company that parcel on its way. Then email from Royal Mail saying that it will be delivered 12.1.26. Then another email saying it is further delayed followed by another email saying it will be delivered 12.1.26(again). Now 15.1.26 and still not delivered and no indication when. Unable to talk to a real person at Royal Mail. AI.Chat says will be delivered 12.1.26! Where is my parcel?

After ordering the wrong piece of equipment, the sales lady was exceptionally helpful and patient in sorting out the problem. The correct phone base was sent with no extra postage charged. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.
