Booked a holiday, had to cancel, never received refund, endless phone calls and emails and lies
I think they do this intentionally knowing they will eventually wear you down and you give up!!!
My suggestion is to not use this company. We have waited for almost 7 months for our refund. We were told 12-16 weeks to get our refund after constantly emailing or ringing them. That was 18 weeks ago. We travelled in a group and both parties have received no airline refund due yet GPT have received the $ of airline refund. There are much better travel agents out there.

Great Pacific Travels (AUS) confirmed I was due a refund and has since ignored all my emails. I've been dealing with TEAM LEADER MONTY.
After being told that the "accounts" team was on the job Monty totally stopped replying to my emails. Pathetic way to treat a customer that spent close to $2000.
