For more complex requirements, resellers use the Hero API to power live product queries and process bookings via their own online e-commerce solutions, apps, or internal reservation systems. Hero Payments automates the flow of funds to all parties with remittance advice, statements, and payments disbursed automatically. Customers pay safely and securely through Hero’s integrated credit card terminal or online payment link. Suppliers receive net payments automatically into their nominated bank accounts. Likewise, agents receive commission payments, paid to central bank accounts or divided and disbursed per sales location or individual salesperson. Resellers can also choose to charge customers via their own merchant facility, with net payments collected by Hero via automated direct debit. Hero Wholesale enables wholesalers to digitize commerce between their own networks of agents and suppliers. Pre-agreed pricing and margins are managed by the wholesalers, with bookings and payments automated via Hero. For release in 2025, Hero Packaging allows resellers to build predefined packages of products from the Hero Marketplace to sell via the Hero Portal, Hero Widget, and Hero API.
