Great customer service and delivered what they said they could, to the time scales required. Great service 😊

We visited the website for Astro turf for a customer. It needed to be child friendly. I then called and spoke to Chris who was extremely helpful, he sent samples very quickly and the customer chose. We then ordered the turf and it arrived in 5 days. The service was fast and Chris was polite and helpful.

Phoned carpet warehouse to enquire about astrow turf.
Spoke to Chris who was very professional. Told me everything o should know.
Chis sent samples out received in three days.
Phoned Chris back and ordered the turf we liked wich came four days after ordering.

Found the company extremely easy to deal with and responsive and nothing too much trouble for Chris who helped me through the selection and order process organising a delivery of samples for assessment prior to ordering. Product delivered on time a couple of days after placing the order which is a great help and followed up by Chris a couple of hours after delivery checking all was ok! Highly recommended *****! Wouldnt hesitate to use in the future.

The turf is as expected - delivery was on time and well communicated. Delivery team of 2 made extra effort to carry the turf from the road to our garage area.

This is advertised as for pets - and so far it has good drainage and even during the drought with no rain we have not had smells from our dogs urine (as we did with the previous turf we had in). That is partly due to the fact that we laid this turf over grano-dust whereas the old one was on a foam mat.

Turf is down on compacted grano-dust and no issues so far.

Firstly big shout out to Peter for keeping me up to date with my order every step of the way. Grass warehouse I couldn’t fault very professional company every thing happened so quickly from getting the sample box to the delivery of the grass . Good quality grass

I phoned for an urgent order after being let down by a different company and Vicky from grass warehouse was unbelievably helpful . She checked delivery times to my rural Cornish address and checked that they had sufficient rolls of underlay in stock . Vicky then phoned me less than an hour later to reassure me that the rolls were now stacked on a pallet and ready for the courier . What a brilliant service . Thank you

Delivered on time,courier used was great,helpful and polite,laid grass the next day looks great.

I never received any samples in spite of telling you this after the dozens of emails you threw at me.
Shoddy lack of service.

Everything thing was good from the ordering period!
Until the delivery!
U can’t deliver at 8:20 at night!
And expect the customer to help it in!
And as an installer expect him to b there at his job at that time!
And to add salt in the wounds!
The grass length was 1m short! 😡
How the hell was that done ur end?!
Now I’ve got to go back and fit it again! 😡

Ordered someone samples. They came the next day. Then made the order for grass I wanted.courier contacted us to say which day it was coming and a time slot. Over really good service and easy

Due to weather my project has slowed down. Loved the samples and will be ordering soon.

Went for the 37mm Zeus. Lovely ‘turf’ looks great when laid.

My only ‘tip’ to any dog owners would be to make sure that you purchase a good disinfectant as it can be a bit ‘whiffy’ even though laid on granite dust rather than sand
