I ordered a jean jacket from Grapent through Amazon. The pocket flaps at the top had a trace pattern in PINK pen! The jacket is white. I thought perhaps it could easily be washed, but nothing is taking off the pink pen marks. Can't believe that someone used a pink pen for sewing guidelines!!
Update: I’ve increased the rating because of the kind customer service.
GRAPENT responded and admitted that the picture of the jeans was wrong and has refunded my money. The package is being sent back to Amazon. I will not be buying clothes from Amazon again or other online stores.
Bought a pair of jeans off of Amazon by GRAPENT. They were rolled up in vacuum sealed plastic. When I unwrapped them I was literally shocked. They were supposed to be true black. They were wrinkled beyond the pale with patches of very faded areas all over, front & back. I tried to communicate with them on Amazon and I sent them pictures of this obscene disgusting looking pair of jeans. I also made a complaint to Amazon. No response from GRAPENT. Just the most damaged piece of clothing I’ve ever seen.

Bought a dress off website on the 2nd September supposed to be here in 5-7 days no sign of item 14 days later. The support e-mail @grapent bounces back as unrecognized. The other e-mail sunnywordus.uk does not respond total 5 messages sent so far. Complete con just takes money no customer service, do not buy. Do NOT trust them or buy any item from them.
