Sizing is much smaller than expected. Sadly items were final sale so no exchange/refund.
I ordered 2 sweaters knowing they were final sale. The sizes are weird as I'm an XL but the size ranges from xl-2xl.i can't wear it as it's double the size so I thought that if I explained and asked for an exchange they would honour it. NOPE they won't and of course had to copy and paste the final sale info in the email like I didn't already know this. If a company will not exchange, refund a product then it's not worth spending your money on them.
It was my 1st time shopping and the LAST.
1. Smashtess charges same dollar amount in US dollars (US website) as in Canadian dollars (Canadian website). So US customers are made to pay nearly 50% more (whatever current exchange works out to) than Canadian customers.
2. Advertised 15% off if I signed up for e newsleter, then did not give me the discount on the Jilly Romper, stating this item did not apply.
I sent back a few orders unopened because I couldn’t pick them up from the post office. I paid for the shipping back and they won’t give me a refund for it even though they said they would…
Ordered a romper that cost over $100 and it had a faulty zipper. I emailed them after the first time I wore it figuring this was a reputable company and they would replace it. After two weeks and a couple emails back and forth they have stopped responding and no solution was offered.
