The handling of the Wonga compensation…

The handling of the Wonga compensation has been an absolute shambles. A month late to pay with no explanation, no communication with people. They have made millions out of this. But as always the bottom of the food chain again gets shafted. Joke

Liars, unreliable, ignorant

Have been given 3 promised dates (3 months) by them for my pay day refund, their lack of communication is abysmal and when they do bother to reply it’s a lie.
Asked me for my new bank account details so they can ensure I get my money without any issues, they then proceed to send to old account anyway resulting in further delays to receiving my money. Worst company I’ve had to deal with

Corrupt company

0 stars ....The three Partners -
Daniel Smith , Andrews Charters and Miss Chris Laverty are being investigated by The Insolvency Service Gateway for their incompetence and dishonesty, hopefully they will be struck off.
They are dishonest and misleading and are just as corrupt as the pay day loan companies.
Grant Thornton UK have got MY money but are using every excuse not to pay it to me.

Still waiting for payment

Still waiting for payment, still waiting for an explanation. Why on earth were we told we would be paid within four weeks and over a week after that, still no payments! Poor organisation, poor communication, poor overall performance from Grant Thornton.

Shambles of a company

Shambles of a company

Their handling of the Wonga administration from which they have made millions of pounds couldn't have been handle any worse if they tried.

Nothing but lies and false promises.

They should never be aloud to handle an administration again.

Wonga / Grant Thornton corruption

Still no money , 2 failed promise dates , despicable people answering calls at wonga email on Friday saying payment by end of February and then Saturday morning email saying payment with 2 weeks

The government needs to step in , the administration company should be answering questions in a court of law for what they have done

Don't even deserve the one star

Don't even deserve the one star. Payment received by end of jan: NOPE
payment received within 4 weeks as then stated: NOPE
Replies to emails: NOPE
Absolutely no communication whatsoever. They don't answer their phones or reply to customer enquiries. Disgusting customer services with no respect for people that have been waiting a long time for what they rightly deserve.

Wonga refund

I’m one of Wonga’s creditors who was told a payment would be made by end of January recurved an email on 29th to say payment would be made within 4 weeks. 4 weeks been and gone still no money. You can guarantee that these administrators have received their payment but those of us that were ripped off haven’t!!! Not acceptable

Wongas Clowns

Absolutley fuming at how GT have handled the Wonga shambles, not only have the claimees been ripped off (4.3p in the pound) but they promised ALL payments will be made by 28th Feb, it's now 29th and still nothing, i bet they got paid their full amount whilst they have caused stress and depression to hundreds of thousands of people who desperatly need their rightful payouts, GT should hang their heads in shame and should be struck off the admin register.
