Ordering process was easy and item arrived in time for Christmas. Nicely made.

I recently purchased two Elegant Surplice Wrap Blouse V Neck Long Sleeve Casual Ruched Tops from your online store, totaling $73.99 and $76.74 each. I'm disappointed with the quality of the items received. The fabric resembles a cheap, stretchy nylon material, falling short of the expected durability for the price point.

This experience has left me feeling that the products are overpriced for the quality provided. Despite positive reviews on your website, my experience has been unsatisfactory, raising doubts about the authenticity of those 5-star reviews.

While I understand variations in individual experiences, I believe it's crucial to provide genuine feedback for the benefit of all customers. I had hoped for a more positive experience, given the prices paid. In my opinion, Grace Karin's products are overpriced for what they are

I had ordered a dress and when it came it was to small I wanted to return it but apparently I couldn’t not what I wanted to hear all I kept being told was it’s our policy I get that but if something was way to small it was no good to me

Clothing arrived quickly. It is beautiful and high quality. I have gotten many compliments on the dress and shirt I ordered.

Garbage. The outfit looked terrible. When I tired to return it they gave me the run around😡

It was easy to place my order. My product was delivered on time and the product I ordered was correct. The quality and the prices met my expectations. Very pleased.

I ordered a sequined jacket by Grace Karin through Amazon and returned it in good time. They have advised Amazon that they refunded my money 4/12/23 but it is not showing in my bank account. I called the Amazon complaints department who assured me I would be paid my refund which is still not forthcoming. I thought I’d be safe as the order went through Amazon.

Shipping from website takes longer than Grace Karin Amazon Store.

I placed a order like 12 months ago with the Grace Karen website an I never got my package. I bought 3 dresses from here an they never showed up they took my money without even giving me my product an that was 90 dollars worth not to mention it was on the Christmas sale but still? I’ve never experienced this before I’ve always gotten my packages. I will not be ordering from Grace Karin again I tried getting a refund an I never got one. I did order a shirt from Amazon by Grace Karin since they must have a store on Amazon an that shirt arrived to me? So I’m confused as to why I never got those 3 dresses I paid an ordered they were really pretty an I was looking forward to them the site has a lot of beautiful clothes but now I feel I was taken advantage of by this company. I just won’t ever order from Grace Karin website again. They scammed me an never gave me my product.

I wish I could rate negative 10. AWFUL. First order the size measurements online that they provide are not accurate. It cost more to ship the dresses back. They provide us with a store credit. On our second package - the package says it was deliver BUT was NEVER delivered. SCAM SCAM SCAM do not order

The dresses and skirts I ordered were individually packaged and protected. Each item was very high quality! I receive compliments whenever I wear these items because they are unique and flattering. This brand has excellent professional wear that is conservative and cute!

Material is great. Sizes are accurate!

Ordered a top seen on instagram, which arrived reasonably quickly and was very nice, but was an off the shoulder. I have broad shoulders and so it kept riding up making it unsuitable. Tried to go through the return process on their website which was no use so contacted customer report. You know when you can tell by the slow response that this isn’t going to work?! Finally, after numerous slow emails, they sent me an address to return to in CHINA, after misleading they are in LA. The cost to return was almost as much as the top! I’m sure they make it so difficult to put people off returning! Definitely would not buy again, really so disappointed at the last of customer care and help. Never again.

I ordered 3 dresses was very impressed with the quality and fit, I got them for a wedding next month can’t wait to wear them, they arrived on a time. I will be recommending to family and friends

Beautiful shirts, very comfortable material, unique style

I purchased a dress and several skirts and found both the quality and workmanship of the items to be excellent. While the sizing is a tad smaller than normal if you purchase a size larger then you should have no issues

I find all the clothing I have purchased from Grace Karin, very nice quality. They deliver in a reasonable amount of time and have been easy to deal with when it comes to returns. They even allowed me to keep an item I was returning due to,wrong size and pass it along for donation.
I am very satisfied with my dealings and purchases!

The dresses is beautifull getting lots of compliments
