The company is not taking responsibility for shipments

The company is not taking responsibility for a lost dress that was for a wedding. They claim they mailed it and are blaming it on the logistics company. Meanwhile I am out $200 over a month later. Never got my dress in time and had to scramble for a wedding. They keep saying they are waiting on shipping, I have disputed with my bank and the process is long. Do not use them for weddings or any important event.
