Lovely book bag
Lovely book bag, I love the design however the bow fell off on the second day my daughter used it, I have since sewed it back on and it’s fine now, maybe sewing it on would be better than glueing. Fast delivery and happy with all other aspects 😊

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
At the time, we looked into this thoroughly with Royal Mail, who confirmed the parcel was delivered to the address provided. GPS tracking verified delivery at the property, and photographic evidence showed the parcel being handed over at the doorway.
While we understand how frustrating this situation must have been, the carrier confirmed successful delivery following their investigation.
