I had ordered 6 personalised bows for funeral flower arrangements and realised after ordering that they may arrive after the funeral.
I emailed them and received a lovely reply very quickly and the bows arrived within a couple of days.

Return Problem
Don't usually order clothes on line but these looked very comfortable. Made sure I could return if there was a problem. Made sure they were not from China. Got the pants they were to small contacted about a return. They said I would have to pay for shipping. That's fine because it didn't weigh that much. Then here is where it went downhill their return dept.is in Australia and it would be $ 40 to $45.00 charge. The price on the pants was $42.00 so you see my problem! Only ordering from Amazon again.

Great Shipping and Good Quality.
Ordered an Alvin hoodie as part of a Halloween costume and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hoodie, was supposed to be just a one time thing but it is very comfortable as a lounging hoodie. Shipping was also very quick and no problems at all from my end.

Lovely book bag
Lovely book bag, I love the design however the bow fell off on the second day my daughter used it, I have since sewed it back on and it’s fine now, maybe sewing it on would be better than glueing. Fast delivery and happy with all other aspects 😊
