Be careful of kerbside delivery and Customer Service
As the delivery was kerbside I asked for the order to be cancelled first thing in the morning.
In the afternoon the burner was dispatched and I was charged £50 out of my refund.
I think this grossly unfair.

Fire was received damaged as has dent…
Fire was received damaged as has dent on front right hand side
Also what u thought was a big long bag of crystals turned out to be the trim which must have got shattered in transit which would account for dent in the fire
Agreed for replacement trim to be sent but the whole order may need to be returned if the trim is obstructed by the dent
At this moment in time still waiting for replacement trim so we can then determine what happens next

Huge range of fires at competitive prices. Lots of useful information for each model.
Easy to order & very helpful staff should you need to phone with a query. I deducted 1 star because I when I ordered the fire I was not told that I would need to order a separate adapter to connect the fire to my flue liner. This delayed installation.

Fire was supposed to arrive after 2 pm when I was home it was delivered at around 10.30 am so no one was around to receive it and was left in full view outside my door

Adjustable twin walled flue
Comms were very bad. I understand when waiting on maufactured goods you are at the mercy of the manufacturer and so if shop delivery is delayed so will be the customers, but very poor communications makes for a poor service and unhappy customers. Further to that, when the flue arrived it was dented but I did not want to return it as god knows when a new one would have arrived.
