Poor service from the start to finish
Poor service from the start to finish
Only 1 item delivered, fire went missing, fire then got delivered a week later outside of the hours I was told and on delivery and inspecting the fire it was smashed
I then had to do all the ringing around to get a refund.
Just really poor after sales and a company I will never be using again.

Fire surround with fire was excellent value for money, even nicer than the pictures online. Great size. The website is a very straightforward ordering process and delivery service was very fast, driver was extremely helpful, polite and delivered with care. Would highly recommend this company

Absolutely love it was quick and easy to build. The only thought I would give it is have each step-by-step in the boxes as we had to open all four boxes and navigate through the manual as to what part was in what box?

Absolutely fuming had the builder…
Absolutely fuming had the builder scheduled to fit this and the delivery was rescheduled twice speaking to the company guaranteed it would be here Friday 17th True to word the drivers turned up albeit slightly late which was due to traffic. Assembly was going to happen today they have only delivered 4 of the 5 boxes!!!!

Really glad I bought this fireplace, it looks beautiful and fits perfectly. Delivery took over a week but that was due to it being Easter weekend. Highly recommend.
