Good product, easy to fit.
Only criticism is with quality control. The threaded rod wouldn't go into the welded nut easily. The nut should have been taped out properly.

Excellent Service
First Fire arrived damaged however, excellent reaction from the Company with immediate replacement sent. The support staff, and specifically Brogen, were both professional and courteous. Yet to install the fire.

Grate communication from seller and courier DPD, arrived quickly and no issues.
The item is really well made, looks great, fire looks really effective and works brilliantly. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend. 5*
