Really happy with the service the speedy delivery. The wall paper I choose I have fallen in love with since it went up last week. The quality is amazing the shimmer pops it really is my dream come true wall paper.

Good paper
Initially ordered a sample which arrived quickly. It was a decent size so got a good idea of what the quality of paper was as well as colour suitability.
Easy to place order. Arrived on time. Well packaged in robust cardboard box.
Paper was a decent thickness and great to work with. Easy to cut. Didn't stretch when put on the wall. Best to butt edges together as any overlap doesn't stick well.

I love the wallpaper
I love the wallpaper. It is nice and thick very good quality wallpaper and much nicer than the photo online. It was delivered before the delivery date. Which I was very pleased with.

first of all charging me a delivery fee for express delivery when it was never going to happen informing me with false info about its all packed its just waiting to be picked up by courier for four day it was waiting to be picked up as i sat in the house for several days no i will not be using them again /the packaging was not that great it arrived a bit worse for wear

To clarify, your order was dispatched the following day as planned. Unfortunately, the courier experienced an unexpected delay in collecting and processing the parcel. While we appreciate how frustrating this was, these delays are outside of our control once the parcel has been handed over for collection.
Regarding the express delivery charge, this service relates to the courier service selected at checkout. As your order was dispatched promptly from our side and the delay occurred due to the courier, we are unable to refund the delivery charge.
We're also sorry to hear your comments about the packaging and the condition in which the parcel arrived. We take care to package all orders securely before dispatch, but once parcels are with the courier they can occasionally be subject to handling during transit that is beyond our control.
