I took a chance on an Open-Box…

I took a chance on an Open-Box Enterprise-grade 16TB Hard Drive for my first purchase from this company/site. It was a huge win for me with a cost savings of $130 off the new sticker price! The disk was never taken out of the anti-static bag, confirmed by CrystalDiskInfo SMART tests that this HDD never saw power-on time prior to me receiving it, and it just passed a 21-hour Seagate Long Generic Test with flying colors! To top it all off, shipping was free and came via UPS, which is by far the best shipping company in my area, and it got to me within 2 days! Open Box with GovConnection means Open Box, not refurbished, not renewed, not used, actual Open Box! Thank you, GovConnection! I will be back for sure!

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a laptop through them when they were at my college orientation. I found out not too long after, that the touchscreen was broken, and that the laptop was essentially a dud. However, I reached out to the company with my issue, and they made it right, fully refunding me for my purchase and helping me to find another laptop. I couldn't be happier with the customer service that I received and will definitely buy through this company again for any sort of technology needs that I might have.

Robert Folz has been my go-to representative for quite some time now. I could not imagine taking on so many projects without him and the team he has put me in contact with from Connections. Customer Service is horrible

Customer Service is horrible. I have not received a receipt in over a month. Products on the website say available, but after over a week you contact them and they tell you its on backorder. Ordered two webcams and received an access point instead, I didn't even get an apology. Just that we will send you the webcams and his a return slip for the access point. On items that you order in error and have not open you have to pay your own return shipping. Unfortunately GovConnection is our only option.

Laura Woudstra is the finest customer…

Laura Woudstra is the finest customer service person I deal with. I use other companies, but none have support and customer service like Laura. Not even close. She is very knowledgeable and considerate of my situation. If something is out of stock, she can recommend something else. She is a valuable asset to your company.
