Good products but customer service abysmal
I ordered three bottles of mayonnaise online from this company. When the items arrived the best before date was only one month away. I checked the website but there was no mention of the best before date not being far away, this should have been disclosed. Sure it may still be ok to use but at least advise the customers before they purchase the product. I contacted them and they gave me an option to receive a 40% refund on two of the bottles which I agreed to. To this day I have never received my refund and this happened in May, it's now August.
