I had a great experience at Go Outdoors! A massive thank you to Helen and Lewis for their amazing customer service. They were both really friendly, helpful and welcoming, and made sure I had a great experience. It’s always nice to have staff who take the time to help and make you feel valued as a customer. Thank you both for your help and brilliant service! I really appreciate it and would definitely recommend Go Outdoors! 😊

Amazing customer service from Helen. I went for new walking boots. I have a narrow foot and I always struggle to get a good fit. Helen was very helpful and knowledgeable. I tried many pairs on until I found the right fit with Helen's help. All with a big friendly smile on her face. Thank you.

went in to pick up some things for my daughters school trip , everything made easier to find and very helpfull by staff member helen also showed how to find the correct sizes to look for in certain brands .

We went in for mountaineering Boots. Mark talked us through the three different scarpa options. Different techniques and we got the perfect fit.
Including mentioning that if we found the boots else where at a cheaper price they would match them.

Really good service from all staff at go outdoors, big shout to Karen who served me on the tills and was nothing but informative and patient. Karen gets a big 10/10

I needed some waterproof walking boots but didn’t have a clue what to try. Rebecca greeted me and asked if I needed any help. After she explained about gore tex and GTX we chatted about shoe size, wide or narrow fit and what they would be used for and she then advised the best compatible boot for me. I tried them and was astounded at how comfortable they were needless to say I bought them. Had it not been for Rebecca advising and explaining the difference in footwear I probably would have bought incorrectly.
A huge mistake thank you to Rebecca for your friendliness, knowledge and advice……a very happy customer.

Rebecca on the walking boots section was very knowledgeable. She gave me great advice after discussing my requirements. I eventually decided on a pair, taking into account what she had told me.
All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

Katherine in the shoe department was really helpful and friendly. She even found my chosen walking shoes in a half size elsewhere in the stockroom which fit perfectly!
Stockton Go outdoor staff are always polite, friendly and helpful each time we visit / ask for help.
Big store = great choices!
The only negative to this store is the uninterested, not friendly and give incorrect information staff in the bike department upstairs which I believe is a concession within Go Outdoors (which is why I dropped a star from my review).

The young lady at the till called Tish couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. She was extremely patient with me as I wasn’t sure if I’d selected the right item. She looked back in my purchase history and assured me it was a match with my original item. Excellent service and with a smile.
