Went into the store to buy a new pair of walking shoes. Andy and Luke were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive and I completed my purchase quickly and efficiently

I came in looking for burner gas and water purifying tablets. Gus, Morgan and Luke were very knowledgeable about the stock, helped me compare products and find exactly what I needed. They were super friendly at the same time. Lovely customer experience!

Morgan and Stave were great! Informative, helpful and pleasant!
They both engaged with me and made me feel very welcome inside the store and Morgan very efficiently sorted me out with a new membership card as my one was worn out.

I came into the Cheltenham go store after going into the Gloucester branch looking for a particular item of outdoor clothing , I was greeted by a gentleman called Ben , who was ever so helpful and directed me to what I needed and also recommended me too sign up for a memberships saving me quite a lot of money , amazing service

Fabulous really helpful staff. Great range of footwear in a good range of sizes. My husband bought a pair of size 13 leather walking boots. I bought a pair of Brasher walking bots with a 58% discount.
Luke was a standout staff member. Ollie was also very helpful.

We were assisted by Neil the other day. I was keen to find some boots and he was extremely happy to help, he gave me advice and was very patient with me when I asked for different sizes. My experience was great because of Neil, what a lovely man. I would definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for anything, they have a wide variety of items and friendly staff. Thank you.

Customer service from Luke was second to none. Used to getting a good service in Go Outdoors but really felt Luke went above and beyond and sorted out a membership issue that had been ongoing for while. Really patient and knowledgeable. Also happy both the purchases, but was worth calling in just to get our past issues sorted. Thanks Luke, you were brilliant.

Great selection of stock, I was shopping for walking boots, and I was impressed by how many there were for me to look at and try on in store.
I was helped by a staff member called Andy, he listened to my specifications and gave me some information and suggestions. He gave me time to browse, ask questions and try things on. He was patient and friendly, from me asking for help through to checking out.
All of the other staff I met when I was in store were also lovely.
I left with a pair of boots that met my needs, and I will be back to purchase more gear.
