Fantastic customer service. I had a great chat with a store assistant named Norman about the Yorkshire 3 peaks which we’ve both completed a number of times (Norman more than myself) He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some hiking socks which were buy one pair get the second half price 👍🏻

We wouldn't go anywhere else - the discounts are great and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. In the boots section, look out for Norman as he is a fount of knowledge. We have also good great service today from Arthur. Thank you, Arthur. Always great communication and service from the young staff on the tills too. Great vibe.

Greeted by Norman and he was excellent. My last climbing shoes lasted me 15 years and he helped me choose a new pair. My mum was also looking for walking shoes and he was so helpful!!

Great service and clean store

Went to buy myself some new walking boots and was a bit overwhelmed by the large range. A lovely young sales assistant called Luca talked me through all the options, asked about intended use, budget etc and spent some time helping me pick the perfect pair. Didn’t rush me or push to buy the most expensive one, he helped me pick the most suitable ones. What a lovely young man.

Norman helped me out with my Via Ferrata gear. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure to chat with him.

We had a lovely experience especially with Graham providing us with the best customer service by helping us find everything we needed and also by helping us load and unload everything from the trolley and he did all that with the biggest smile and the kindest character.

We had a great experience. Graham was the kindest and most helpful person ever as he helped us find with everything that we needed and went out of his way to help us with loading and offloading everything at the till as well.

I went to buy some walking boots. The store is great, has everything for the outdoors.
Norman was a great help, he really cares about his customers and made our visit pleasant. Also Kai helped us and was really pleasant to deal with. Nothing seemed too much trouble for either of them, they weren’t pushy and gave us plenty of their time. Norman also has some great stories. Thanks, will return. E

5 stars for Graham for being extremely helpful. Me and my partner are new to carp fishing and we didn’t know where to start but Graham was there straight away. He was very very helpful, he showed us everything we needed either if we were on a budget or everything we needed if we didn’t mind spending a bit more. He spent around half an hour with us and even went 10 minutes over his shift. He explained everything in detail how everything works, what to do and how to set it all up and he didn’t leave until he knew we was confident with what to do with everything. He’s very friendly, funny and very confident and clever in what he knows. Every time we go into go outdoors I always see Graham helping other customers too and everyone always leaves happy with the help Graham has gave them. He’s always got a smile on his face and always leaves customers with smiles on their face too. I’d recommend anyone to go to Graham at go outdoors if you ever need help with anything.

He answered them all perfectly described everything to me didn’t bother at all
Showed me everything I needed for carp fishing and explained how to use them correctly and what method is best
