1. as long as you have completed the course in full and have scored at least 80% on the exam simulator (the practice exams within the course), you will be eligible for Exam Pledge;
2. proof of date for the first exam failure must be provided, and the resit must be booked within three months of the failed first exam;

I am sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with our course. Unfortunately, the BPMN course layout is a part of an older production methodology that we no longer follow.Nevertheless, our newer suite of courses provides users with the resource files stored in one widget and includes a transcript.
We suggest that our customers try the free trial courses on our website before making a purchase. Free course trials give an overview of the course content and structure.
However, we do not have any plans to update the BPMN course.
You should receive our response regarding the options we suggested.

TOGAF Essentials 2018 Course Review
The content of the TOGAF Essentials 2018 was well structured and pleasant to follow. The material was relevant to pass the online assessment. I registered for the course on 01 FEB 2021 and wrote the assessment on 08 FEB 2021 and passed with a score of 80%. The course, however, was quite expensive as compared to other institutions.

Some parts of the training are inconsistent with the reference material
Closed captions contain misspelt words
There is no easy way to obtain immediate support. The delay in response is up to 3-days. So there's effectively no point in raising a ticket

I was contacted by the customer services very litle time after my visit on Goodelearning website, my contact (Deepak) listened to me and inquired internally to see whether my additional request could be fulfilled. possibility to claim PMI Pdu with the ITIL v4 training.
