While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Great course and layout. One negative aspect is the constant added background music to the speaker/lecturer. There is no need for music in the back. It gets very tiring after a while and actually slow... See more

I took the help of GEL for my TOGAF 10 enterprise architecture practitioner certification and it's helpful for me to get certified. The content, portal and practice tests are more that anyone needs to learn and prepare for the certification.
Easy to follow process from the course material to requesting exam vouchers would definitely recommend for ArchiMate certification
I wasn't able to get the exam voucher!!
Contacted support a million times without any response.

Everything was going well with my course and materials until I booked my exam. I noticed my learning dashboard was empty, no course materials, no practice exam, nothing what-so-ever. I just thought this was a technical issue, and thought it would be sorted pretty instantly.
I rang the number on their website, 15 times on Monday, 12 times on Tuesday and 3 times on Wednesday. There is no-one there to answer the calls, in fact the call eventually goes through to a voice mail of an ex-employee Tom Norwood, according to his Linkedin profile he hasn't worked in the company for the last 3 months. I have sent various emails through their website, and through my personal emails and still nothing.
The company has no other contact details, and there is no-one there to pick up the emails and the phones it seems, which is just a shame.
I have a genuine support query and have no access to my course, what a waste of money this was.

The course itself has been great, but my experience with the company has unfortunately been terrible. I requested my exam voucher back in January, and only received a reply last week promising my voucher would be within me in the next 2 days. I have yet to receive the voucher, and have had no reponse to my follow ups. I appreciate that the company has experienced disruption due to a change of ownership, but they should still provide a minumum level of service to their customers. The exam voucher is part of the price of the course, paid for upfront, and Good E-Learning need to provide this.

I enrolled on a Prince2 foundation course last summer, of which I was also offered a free exam resit which in the likelihood I would have to resit my exam. I then received an email stating that the company no longer offers free exam resits which didn't sit well with. I had chosen to do my Prince2 foundation course through this company because of the free exam resit, which was on offer. Having said that, if I knew they were going to suddenly deny me of this offer, I would have taken my money elsewhere and paid to do my course with a different company. I requested a refund which they refused and expressed my feelings of dissatisfaction. I had a customer service provider tell me that they would look into the matter further, to then be ignored after sending multiple emails. As a customer I felt deceived, especially after paying for my course. It's not legally and morally correct to making false promises to customers just to get their money and expect people to be satisfied with their unethical service. To top it off, a lot of the questions that appeared in my Prince2 exam did not reflect which was being taught on the course. Having said that, I believe my success to passing this exam was through my hard work, commitment and own self learning. My best advice go and spend your money elsewhere and find a better course provider who offer better services.

I enrolled for their ITIL DPI course in December.
They promised to provide the exam code but in spite of multiple follow-up emails and call there is no response.
They are using customer money and this is a big fraud.

You are big liars.
You promised a certification voucher. And did not send one. Your courses is a scam.

The company is under administration and stopped providing exam vouchers as it is included in the course when purchase. No body is taking care of the students. Such a waste of money and the worst service ever!!

Good E-Learning are now in administration and whilst I (as a student) can still access their course, they are refusing to provide exam codes or re-sit codes until the administration process is concluded.
All courses on their site would have come with vouchers for exams via a 3rd party (such as PeopleCert), as Good E-Learning are now no longer supplying vouchers you can learn but you physically cannot sit your exam unless you pay with another provider.

I paid for the course whereby the 2 exam vouchers are included. Good e-learning has rejected to issue the voucher and has ignored all the follow-up contacts. Terrible experience! Stay away from them! Cheating indeed

The self-paced material and delivery was of excellent quality and the cost was very competitive. The trainer recordings were engaging, instead of the typical screen-recording voiceover narrative that I'm used to.
The trial sessions were also a real value-add, as it helped me to assess the quality of the course and platform before buying. I appreciated that the modules viewed during the trial carried over once you purchased the full course so that you don't have to look at the videos again to monitor progress. I am sorry that I didn't come across Good e-Learning before!
My only ask is that they continue to expand course offerings in the areas of business transformation/ process and analysis to cover professionals who are moving from a technical role to a business role (for example - Lean Six Sigma, etc.)

I am following the ITIL 4 certifications paths.
The thing I like most is that Good E-learning is working with the Axelos material and all their own material is in the same lingo and style.
So, when it comes to exam time I feel very comfortable that I am not surprised with a type of wording that I am not accustomed to.
