Fast order processing and shipping to the US. I ordered the Babe Ranch Boots, the quality is cheaper than I thought it would be and feels too plastic-y. They are a little difficult to get on, but I forced it and they feel fine once they're on. I would probably return the shoes if I had paid full price for them, but I had a discount and paid under $50 after shipping. For the price, they are good enough that I will keep them. Before ordering I was concerned the website was not legit (because these boots are always sold out), but I did receive the product quickly.

Tried cancelling my order immediately and wasn’t able to, now it’s been weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund

Takes a little while to get here, but when I asked about it they got me squared away. So far everything fits fine and looks good. After that whole shitshow with Dolls Kill i was glad to have found another site that had unique clothing (without the markup)

Ordered some oxfords and was pleased with I got. Very awesome!

The items I have received are good quality. One order shipped as 3 packages; however, the 3/3 package is yet to arrive. I’m not sure if it’s even shipped and it’s been almost 2 months now since I placed my order.
Customer service hasn’t exactly provided updates just generic responses that don’t provide much insight on where this item is.

Awesome! I love how they tell me when my order ships and an estimated date of when my product will arrive. Also, in the email where they told me it has shipped they make me feel so so loved

I ordered two pairs of shoes and was communicated with via email throughout the entire shipping process. They got to me incredibly fast considering they were coming from the UK to the US (took about 2 - 3 days). I am very happy with the shoes as well. They're great quality and fit me perfectly. Love this company and everything they stand for. <3

Id give zero stars if i could. I get the same bs email which ill be including, even if i tried emailing the cofounder as she sent me an email....saying "i wanna see you slay" or something stupid.
Ill include the email too so you can see that if you try to email them theyll send you this exact thing.
Dissapointed but happy i used paypal so i can get my money back. Use paypal if you want to try to order anything. But i seriously dont reccomend it.

The quality is trash and they are literally ghosting me regarding getting a refund. They don't have anyone on the customer service phone line and they don't answer on chat. I will not shop here again and will discourage my peers from shopping here. Hope the $25 was worth it...!!!

I received 1 of my items after 2 months of waiting. They will not respond to my emails and instead send a computerized one that does not help me. One of my items was not even in my order, still MISSING and they refuse to get back to me about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I’m quite disappointed.

My experience is the same as this last few. Placed an order on 3/23/21. Said my shipping may be delayed. But after two months, I've received no updates. Email customer service and I got the "don't worry in 15 days, we'll provide tracking" email. But I got again, no updates. So I asked for a refund, and they told me to wait 5-7 for processing. But I never refunded. I just reached out again today in hopes of something but nothing yet. So far, looks like I lost my money, which is a shame because their clothing isn't cheap. I guess this is what I get for trusting instagram influencers.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of cargo pants on 4/19. the original email said 5-7 business days. On 4/23 I got an update that said 10-15 business days. As of today (5/19) my order still hasn't been processed. I've reached out by email many times and have gotten the same auto-response from tiffany of "We ask you to please allow 5 to 10 additional business days and we'll drop ya an email with trackin and delivery deets so ya can stalk em 💌​" I tried to call the number on their website but it goes straight to voicemail and left 2 messages and gotten no callback. I also used the chat feature on their website that brings you to FB messenger. Their response was that they replied to my email and when I told them I didn't get a satisfactory response they read my message and didn't reply. This company really seems like a scam.

I ordered 2 pairs of cargo pants from this brand. First of all, they took FOREVER to process my order. I canceled my order because I’m about to travel and I won’t be home for almost 2 weeks. Very responsive when it came to canceling my order but when it came to sending me my MONEY BACK?!?? Crickets. I gave it 9 days (out of 10) before I contacted them about my refund. I got nothing. Trust me, I went to their social media and they were deleting my comments about it. They have nobody on the customer support line answering the phone, they don’t respond on Facebook messenger, Instagram dms. NOTHING. Not until you go on a rant under their Instagram posts about it. They replied to a comment I made and said for me to send my order number to them. I sent it and I got NOTHING back. I waited a full 24 hours before leaving this review. it was damage control!!! They still posted new photos and still posted on their story. But couldn’t message me back and give me my money back. I’ve put in a dispute with my bank.

Uhhhh I’m honestly so mad. I have purchased some shoes from this company and it has been a month and still no updates on the tracking. I contacted them through email and they said they would fix it, but they never did. Then I contacted them on Instagram and they did respond saying that they mishandled my package. Which makes me very annoyed tbh, after that they said that they were gonna ship out another package and asked me “same address as before bb?” And I said yes. I still have not gotten a email about my package or a response. I also ordered a pair of cargo pants from them about 5 months ago and they didn’t take long to ship. But they were sooooo itchy. So I thought I would give them another chance you know? I sent them several I mean several emails and in every email they say the same thing smh.

I made my purchase on march 19th, 2021. They haven't even shipped it by April 12th 2021, so I asked for them to cancel my order and give me a refund. I've emailed them several times. Had several responses all promising to look into my transaction. None of which actually helped. Messaged them on fb and all they said is yeah I've looked and the refund transaction was successful, but they had none of my information to look that up, its almost like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear without any actual solution. It is now the 26th of april and I still haven't received it, my bank doesn't see it, and they won't respond. Save your money, goodbye bread is a scam.

absolute trash of a website, i ordered a pair of shoes only to have them message me months later to explain how they lost my package. i don’t recommend this site to anyone. the attempt on the fake 5 star reviews is a nice touch btw

Although I’m not getting a refund for my return, I’m happy that it was easy to get a return label and I can get something else anyway, super cute stuff on their website but i Wish there was plus size available :C

I really love this shop! I’ve purchased several items from here and plan to continue. I absolutely love the shoes as a whole and how surprisingly comfortable they are- it is often hard to find statement shoes that are comfortable to wear. The clothes are *chefs kiss*, so comfortable as well. I got the black and white checkered dress and was so nervous of how it would fit but it was actually really flattering! I had to tuck in the sleeves because they didn’t fit my arm (not at all a shop issue) and it still looks super cute. The blue corset cropped tank is my favorite right now- I actually love the length of the strings because you can do interesting patterns with the extra. Cow platform boots? Amazing. Goth cowgirl boots? Also a fat mood. Both super comfortable and fit my calves without any pain or squeezing. There is actually a little more room than I anticipated. Goodbye Bread has great alt products for affordable prices.
