I purchased bestva bp1000 from aliexpres on 17th june 2025 with 3 years warranty. The product is defect and bestva don't want to honour the warranty.
Now I'm stuck with a defect item.

BP 4000 arrived fast, within the first few hours of moving my plants indoors using this light, they were standing at attention. I couldn't believe it. The Cilantro and other herbs used to hang over the side of the planter. I'm very happy with this light so far and understand if I do have any issues, Bestva has very good customer service.

I had a item under warranty and the malfunction it had was in the fine print covered by the warranty.i emailed the company with pictures showing the issue, and got one reply saying that they would in fact send me a new light after I gave my address and proof of purchase.i sent them what they want and I have been ignored ever since. tried reaching them more times than I can count and nothing.I have even reported them to the attorney general and that didn't make them comply.DAMN THIEFS.

The Power Driver in my D.C 4000 Series is Having issues.And I've wrote more Then 8 Emails asking for assistance but falling on deaf ears. I've Only Had This Light Since February 24th 2022. Paid 400+$$$ For it on Amazon. I'm supposed to have 3 Years Warranty.

They state on their website LM301 DIODES are use but when I sent an email to Bestva they said SAM-SUNG LM 281B DIODES are used. I didn't know SAM AND SUNG went into business together?!?! Who the hell is SAM-SUNG?? IVE HEARD OF SAMSUNG BEFORE BUT NOT SAM - SUNG?!?!

One of the diodes on my 600w elite didn’t work, so i contacted bestvaled support, at first they asked me to send pictures of the diode, it didn’t work on their mail platform apparently, so they had me send the pics over whatsapp instead, i Can see that it have been seen and i haven’t grotten a response since then… I’ve tried contacting them 3 times since, ignored.. horrible customer support, don’t buy from them.

Bought a 1000w DC led light online from BestValed.com to be shipped to Australia with australian plug.

After around 2 weeks use I noticed that the veg led's only worked intermittently, sometimes being on when I checked them other times off,

I contacted bestvaled support to see whether I could get the problem fixed under their 3 year warranty and how to go about doing so.

No response.

After about a week I contacted support again asking whether someone could advise what the problem might be what replacement parts may be required and offered to pay for shipping replacement parts if that was what I needed to do to get the light fixed.

No reply.

Don't buy from bestvaled.com internationally unless you are happy to throw the light in the bin if there are any problems.

You won't get any help from bestvaled.com

Order arrived on time, via fedex with destination Europe. Package was secured,every item arrived as expected. The Led light i ordered is working fine, no issues for now.
