Not impressed at all
Not impressed at all. Second time I’ve ordered and second time I’ve had issues. Firstly, the delivery didn’t come when it was meant to both times. Secondly, you cannot get through to anyone on phone or live chat. Just keeps saying error and phone keeps cutting off. They call themselves a ‘luxury’ jewellery company. I don’t think so

Nosing though watch sites as I do and saw a great Tag at a really good price. Whilst it was an ex display watch it looks in mint condition and came with all relevant warranties. Decided to buy it using the finance option. Complete that on Sunday and watch delivered on Monday. It’s perfect. What a great service. Thank you.

I had ordered gold/diamante ear rings…
I had ordered gold/diamante ear rings for a friend which I got gift wrapped. Delivery was on time and earings that were boxed great. I haven't given the earrings to my friend but she will love them. The price of the earrings great too and they looked expensive on the website. The customer service card was also a nice touch even the quality of the card was great.
