Lucky to even get 1 star . Booked for my wife and her friend had to reschedule to the be told my date had past because it wasn’t clear I had to pay 8.86 p to reschedule date so 3 days before the actual reschedule date I’m told no date has past !!! 110 pounds wasted in these amateur clowns. They couldn’t even reschedule again after I offered to pay the 8.86 so when I asked for a refund they said I could another tour with 50 percent off . Yeah good one so 1 would cost me 160 pounds . Absolutely robbery of a company

Well organised with great guide and driver (Pauli and Mario). Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely disgraceful service and a complete lack of organization.
We had a return bus scheduled from the Harry Potter Studios at 2:15 PM. We finished our visit earlier than expected, so I called multiple times to ask whether it would be possible to take an earlier departure. I was repeatedly told to go to the meeting point and speak with the staff there.
After waiting around 20 minutes, a bus arrived and one of your employees explicitly told me that I could take that bus and that it would be leaving in approximately 10 minutes. Based on that information, I quickly went back into the studios to collect my girlfriend. When we returned just 7 minutes later, the bus had already left.
As a result of your staff’s misleading information and poor coordination, we were left stranded in the rain for over 30 minutes and ultimately had to pay for an Uber out of our own pocket.
This was an unacceptable experience. Your communication was inaccurate, your organization was chaotic, and your customer service fell far below any reasonable standard. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Our bus schedule operates on a fixed timetable, and customers are required to return on their dedicated coach. However, if guests wish to return earlier, they are always welcome to speak with our representative at the studios, who will check if there is any availability on an earlier departure. In this case, while there was availability, the bus still needed to depart on time as scheduled.
We are very sorry that you missed the bus and for the inconvenience this caused, especially having to wait and arrange alternative transport in poor weather. We also regret any confusion in communication from our team on the day.
We hope that despite this, you were still able to enjoy your visit to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. Thank you again for your feedback, which we will review carefully.
Very non acurate timetable
Very non acurate timetable, very late at the begining of the trip, You get earplugs to watch the movie but there are screens and now places to plug them in.
However the Harry Potter studio tour was great. I would not recommend to take this trip

Our records indicate that the bus departed Baker Street approximately 15 minutes later than scheduled due to heavy traffic, but still arrived at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour well ahead of your 11:30am entry time. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused at the start of your journey.
We are also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the onboard experience, including the use of earphones and screen setup, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can review it further.

‘Jim the Ripper’ was super friendly and impressive
‘Jim the Ripper’ who was our tour guide for the Jack the Ripper walking tour in London was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable, friendly and the way he recited Jack the Ripper’s letters and postcard was so impressive. The three of us had a really great time, really worth the money :)

London Royal walking, Jack the Ripper, water tour and hop on hop off
We did the London Royal walking tour and the Jack the Ripper walking tour with Jim. He was amazing, very animated well informed, clear and gave everyone the time to ask questions without feeling that you were wasting his or anyone time. The gentlemen (that was not part of the tour but the actual an operator) that gave the commentary on the water tour was funny and informative. With how much we really enjoyed those outing the hop on hop off was VERY disappointing. Buses were not every 15/30 minutes, driver often forgot the flip switch for the commentary large parts of the city went without description.

Do NOT take the Golden Tours Tea Bus Tour
Took the Tea Bus Tour in London. 90 degrees in London and their air conditioning was broken - and no open windows. Passengers were getting sick from the stifling heat and several requested to get off. My group got off and requested a refund. Golden Tours London refused any refund. Do NOT take this awful tour

Food, drink and fun with the King!
Terrific few hours wandering Borough Market, led by the brilliant Tom King. All the venues were excellent, Tom’s lively, enthusiastic and entertaining presentation unveiled loads of nuggets and it was a wonderful way to spend some time in the capital. Look forward to booking Tom again on our next visit, perhaps Camden next time!

Stonehenge and Bath made special by tour guide Stefan
Stefan the host was spectacular, explaining everything with the required depth and humour. We really enjoyed his commentary. The driver Reggie was also great, on time, friendly and provided seamless driving! Loved it.

Upselling to elderly tourists
My in-laws who are elderly and only speaks a little English asked the ticket seller for a bus ticket only but he upsold them a bus ticket with a cruise, which they never wanted. I find it appalling that you prey on tourists who does not mater the language

A great one-day trip from London
Warwick castle, Stratford upon Avon, Cotswolds and Oxford tour is a great choice for a one-day trip from London. Traveling by the Golden Tours coach was comfortable as usual. Both the guide and driver were fantastic. Had a wonderful time exploring the castle, walking the streets of Oxford and visiting Shakespeare's birthplace.
