Avoid at all costs. They no longer offer the experience I booked, and won't give a full refund (they are trying to keep nearly £200 as an administration fee) because they say I can choose something else to do. They offer "similar experiences". Also can't seem to get talking to a manager or supervisor about it, getting blocked by the same customer service agent at all points

After a lotttt of back and forth I finally got speaking to a manager who still insisted an admin fee was required despite the fact that they couldn't offer the experience I booked. Apparently they don't guarantee you will get what you paid for because technically they are just 'a voucher service'. They did reduce the admin fee a bit so to save my own sanity given the months of emails, I took the remaining refund. Definitely wouldn't consider it resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Claudine was really great, and was very patient with our numerous date swaps etc. Now looking forward to the experience itself, after being very well looked after by Golden Moments :)

Claudine has been superb in organising my upcoming day out. She responded to my emails quickly and sent clear instructions for me to follow.
She chased up the suppliers and confirmed all the details quickly too.
All the extra details were explained and she left nothing to chance; contingencies have been put in place just in case.

I was gifted a voucher for a flight experience. Claudine was absolutely fantastic helping to make the booking, great communication quick to respond to queries and gave me all the information I needed to easily arrange a date for this amazing experience.

I was lucky enough to win a voucher and contacted Golden Moments to make the arrangements. Claudine made the necessary bookings and was super helpful; very quick to reply to my initial questions, helpful and very efficient. Overall a really good experience dealing with Claudine.

We were gifted the experience and admit to being a little sceptical. However, we were asked for some details on what we wanted to see and the rest was taken care of by the team.

We went to the Cirque de Soleil Allegria performance at the Royal Albert Hall - the tickets were arguably the best in the theatre, and the performance was great. Our hotel was not only of a higher standard than we had expected, but the room was further upgraded.

Really grateful for the seamless arrangements, and we very satisfied - yes this was a gift, however, I would happily have paid for the experience myself as I feel it was excellent in every regard. Thank you!

Productses were good and they kept me informed at every opportunity

It was a excellent trip from start to finish, I will be booking again next year for me and my wife

All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and you could offset the wine allowance for other drinks which was brilliant as not everyone in my party drinks wine.
The train itself was all done up for Christmas which was really nice. Hopefully I will do another trip in the future. Golden Moments were brilliant in helping to organise the trip.

What a brilliant day the service, the food,the journey to Winchester from Victoria was brilliant everything was perfect, if you get a chance to go on the train you must try it.

We booked a hospitality package for our friends 60th Birthday celebrations at Fontwell Race course, we have a fantastic time and was looked after superbly could not fault it, and to make the day even better we had some winners too.

My Son Dad and Brother have not used there vouchers as of yet but I am sure they will be amazing.
I just wanted to comment on the service I received from Dan Gines he was absolutely amazing,
I had some requirements I needed meeting , age height and weight between the 3 of them and he found me the best deal even though there was loads of messing around with companies cancelling etc he did not stop until he found me the perfect gift for all of them to do together. Could not praise this person enough for customer service. Thank you very much Dan

My husband and I chose the train journey to celebrate our Diamond wedding anniversary. It met all our expectations. The service and food was excellent and making the journey to see Britannia made it extra special.

Absolutely fantastic day. We loved everything about the train, Royal Yacht Britannia and Edinburgh and of course the gorgeous food and drinks.

Excellent experience from start to finish including the actual trip on the Pullman to Arundel Castle. Very well organised and efficient experience.

On the 8 September we had a Champagne Lunch on the Northern Belle. Could not fault the service or the train itself. Absolutely fabulous. Food was excellent although the rolls with the soup were not fresh. We picked up the train from Ipswich and had a panic moment when non of the staff on the platforms knew the NB was coming but luckily we bumped into one of the performers due to board the train who had all the info we needed. All in all we had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend this special day out.
