Our experience was made great by the Tour Guide John, he was so knowledgeable and passionate about Ibrox and Rangers Football Club, he was so informative and had plenty of banter.
The tour itself was lovely to see, my Husband had a ball visiting one of his true loves, would recommend to others.

I received a voucher for Theatre and Afternoon Tea for Two for my birthday and we booked to see Wicked along with the Wicked Themed Afternoon Tea! The process was very easy, we just let them know the dates we could do and what we wanted to see and we got everything booked for us, seats, times and date. We didn’t have to lift a finger and it was totally stress free! Dan was very helpful and friendly and made the experience 100x better by leaving us care and stress free throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend!

Had a voucher for a one night stay with racing and decided to extend it to a two night weekend in Dublin for the Champions festival. The excellent Claudine found me the perfect hotel, secured the booking quickly and made every aspect of the process as easy as possible. Looking forward to September. I would highly recommend!

I had a booking for the 15/11/2025 for Cheltenham races and overnight stay at the doubletree by Hilton hotel due to my health I had to cancel today and fully expected to lose everything but thanks to the wonderful Claudine who went above and beyond we salvaged the booking and moved to march next year Claudine certainly went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful cannot rate this service highly enough

I had an experience voucher with added extras, this made booking etc a little more involved, but the process was made stress free by Dan at golden moments. He arranged everything and kept me informed with what was happening along the way. I would highly recommend golden moments. Very happy through out.

I ordered a Sisters makeover and photo shoot as a Christmas present for my Sister (Christmas 2023). Life got in the way and by the time that we tried to book it, the studio that was local to us no longer did the offer. We both had commitments that prevented us from travelling to the next local alternatives as they were miles away. I spoke to a member of the Team and was referred to a very helpful Colleague who helped me to decide whether I wished to cancel and get a full refund, or use the amount towards another option. We ended up doing a Spa day, and I didn't mind topping up the value due to the Excellent Customer Service (and I wanted my Sister to have her present). The helpful colleague arranged the experience for us. We had an excellent time.
I would recommend based on the Excellent Customer Service received, not just the array of options available.

My dad bought me a £160 voucher in December 2022 to go to the races together, however my dad suddenly and unexpectedly passed away six months later. Dealing with the loss of my dad and the never ending probate, and managing my late dad’s estate took over and I eventually got round to acting on my dad’s Christmas present 6 months after the voucher had expired. The last thing I wanted to do was go the races as it would be too upsetting knowing that he should have been with us. I therefore contacted golden moments explaining the situation as well as emailing a copy of his death certificate as proof. Two customer service encounters later, no empathy, no apology, instead I was advised I needed to pay a fee to reactivate the voucher, and if I didn’t want to go to offer my dead dads voucher as a gift to someone else!!

I don’t think I need to highlight that such scenarios are rare, extenuating and the absolutely disgusting response from customer services is appalling. I would advise using a voucher company that actually have some morals.

Had a voucher that we needed to upgrade, I expected hassle due to this and between GM and the hosting venue. No such bother due to Claudine’s efforts. Nice experience.

After winning a voucher Dan Gines was exceptionally helpful ( we are not particularly techy) in finding the hotels in our chosen areas, after a lot of research on his part.
We eventually chose Tre-Ysgawen Country House Hotel and Spa. After an amazing stay we have booked to go back. Thank you all for your hard work.

Thank you Golden Moments and especially Claudine for your service. They extended the voucher when it couldn't be used due to illness. Then were wonderful with sorting the show we wanted at short notice. The NYX hotel was great.

I booked an experience through Golden Moments and have to say, the customer service I received from Claudine the whole way through was excellent, I would 100% use this company again.

Avoid at all costs. They no longer offer the experience I booked, and won't give a full refund (they are trying to keep nearly £200 as an administration fee) because they say I can choose something else to do. They offer "similar experiences". Also can't seem to get talking to a manager or supervisor about it, getting blocked by the same customer service agent at all points

After a lotttt of back and forth I finally got speaking to a manager who still insisted an admin fee was required despite the fact that they couldn't offer the experience I booked. Apparently they don't guarantee you will get what you paid for because technically they are just 'a voucher service'. They did reduce the admin fee a bit so to save my own sanity given the months of emails, I took the remaining refund. Definitely wouldn't consider it resolved in a satisfactory manner.
