I ordered a dress (#2541131) on February 12, 2025.
It has been over 14 months and I never received the item.

The order was marked as “shipped”, but no tracking number was ever provided.
Customer service stopped responding after their initial reply.

This is not a delay, the product was never delivered.

Bought a dress over 4 weeks ago, did receive a confirmation email but that’s all I’ve had from them. No dress received and I’ve contacted them by email 3 times and had no reply from them. This is a SCAM website - DO NOT buy anything from here.

If I could give zero star I would. It’s a total SCAM. Took my money & never delivered the dress. They don’t respond to emails either. Scam.

It would be 0 stars if I could.
No tracking information plus you only receive automated responses to emails and no follow up by staff.
Avoid this company!

I’m happy with my latest order as the dresses and bikini are the same quality and arrived in just under 3 weeks. I honestly don’t understand the 1-star reviews because I’ve ordered a few times now and it’s always been a good experience.

I made an order in may, I have messaged them and still no reply and no package, this my first ordering clothes online and my first experience, never again will I do this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SCAMMED ME! I was supposed to get a dress for my birthday ! Paid almost $100 to not hear back for months !!!! Multiple emails , instagram messages, TikTok messages and no response!!!! I’m truly sad because it was so beautiful.

SCAM!!!! Parcel never arrived, £55 wasted! No response from customer service in 3 months. Do not order from this site!!!

Ordered a dress, was told delivery was delayed - then updated to say it would be shipped in 2 days. After this I didn’t hear anything, emailed a week later asking for an update and now I’m 5 emails deep and 3 months down the line with no reply and no dress still. Do not order!

I believe this site is a scam ! I bought an item , money was taken nothing received no tracking email and no replies to emails. Steer clear

I ordered a dress three weeks ago and still haven’t received the item as the website is fake! I’ve contacted the company multiple times but received no feedback! I’ve been able to report the issue to the bank in hopes of receiving a refund. Do not waste your time here!!

TOTAL SCAM! I ordered a dress over a month ago, received a confirmation email and nothing further. I've sent 5 emails and an instragram message and no reply. They hven't shipped the dress at all.

Guys you can see from the reviews it's obviously a SCAM! I for once decided not to go through the reviews and and got scammed. They don't answer emails and they have the audacity to place here bots for good reviews. It's such a SHAME that this site is still up and take people's money with no refunds. I REPEAT, IT'S A SCAM! Scam!!! Scam!!! Please beware! This isn’t a real website/company. They will not send you your order. They merely take your money. I plan on calling the bank to stop payment.

SCAM website ordered a dress 2 and a half weeks ago received no shipping information. I emailed the contact email seven times and received two replies saying they will look into it. Have to buy another dress and I don't know if I will get my money back. DO NOT ORDER
