I have not found one thing that works as it should on this over-engineered, over-priced platform. Nothing is consistent, everything seems clumsily forced together, most issues our agents or sub accounts have had were actual software errors, glitches, or inaccurate documentation - but the convoluted nature of this platform makes it unclear if its broken, poorly defined, or incapable. Support takes forever. Over several accounts and years of trying, we haven't found a single feature that works as it should and nothing that plays well with other features. I recommend trying some graph paper and a crayon rather than GHL. Good luck getting your customers off this thing too.

I received some technical support through the calls provided by HighLevel. Reema Agarwal provided excellent service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help me work through the small issue. What stood out was how engaged and friendly she was throughout the call, to the point where you could almost hear her smiling through the conversation. The 24 hr round the clock assistance and help I get from GHL, alone with and the features, is why I stick with GHL. I generally get good help in limited time window …But I was esp….appreciative of the asstance I received today the young lady who patiently answered all my questions even after a system failure not rushing off because we’re over time.

Stephie did an amazing job of helping me figure out the problem. Turns out it was my Internet security software that was creating the problem, not the GHL platform. The trouble shooting skills were incredible and walked me through the process step by step. Who knows how long it would have taken me to figure out the problem without the support team.

GHL is a GREAT platform and they have an amazing help service. Thank you Sophie very much for you hi level of professionalism and your kindness.
