GHL is winning with this customer service agent!

I just got of a call with Taran Singh and he was so calm and answered everyone of my question and even gave me links to find the step by step guide. I have ADHD and Dyslexia and these steps and processes can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially with GHL latest updates which I see they are really making easier to understand by labeling things and adding more how to guides along the way. Great Job GHL! I get stressed at times but yall seem to e actually hearing our cries for more clarity. Great customer service Taran Singh!

I just want to commend Devina Zamora…

I just want to commend Devina Zamore for her outstanding service fixing our issue! We have met multiple tech supports and we were told different things which shouldnt be applicable in our process. Devina clearly understood the problem and provided resolution right away.

scammers kept charging my card…

scammers kept charging my card illegally for months!
I did cancel during free trial and they just kept billing! now they make me go on video call to talk to their Indian scam call center what a joke!

Musthaq was extremely helpful in getting my A2P campaign approved. The campaign was originally rejected due to a misunderstanding with the business name, but he took the time to review the details, escalate it properly, and appeal the rejection with the team.

Because of his help, the rejection was reversed and the campaign was approved. This was a very important issue for my client, and I really appreciate the persistence and clear communication throughout the process. Great support experience.
