Had to cancel an order shortly after it was made. Not only was the order cancelled, but my money was credited back to my account the same day.

Ordered a beautiful dress online with speedy delivery.. after measuring my size with the size chart, turned out the dress was two sizes too big, so returned the first dress, reorderd two sizes down, fit perfectly, got great comliments and after Some emailing back and forth also got my initial delivery costs back, which I greatly appreciate. Good service!

The service from Goddiva is excellent. I received an immediate response, and they did everything they could to ensure that I received my beautiful dress in time. Very friendly and professional customer service, and an excellent price–quality ratio.

I ordered two items from Goddiva - a dress and a lounge suit. I had to return both for different reasons. Whilst there was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing initially regarding the return (as the item was from two different suppliers), I was immediately sent the correct labels and wasn't charged two fees (like some retailers). The agent I dealt with was very apologetic, courteous and her responses were quick. I would definitely order direct from Goddiva again.

To be fair the dress I bought didn’t fit me, I’m 5”9 and it was too long. But the customer service I have received from Goddiva customer service is beyond amazing. They went out of their way to sort an issue I had on the return. Not many companies will go to this much trouble for their customers. Excellent service, thank you so much.

I have bought numerous dresses from Goddiva, mainly full length to wear on formal nights when we go on a cruise. I have received many compliments about how lovely they look and fit. The quality is excellent for the price especially if they offer a discount. Ordering direct from them is most advisable as their customer service is excellent unlike some other companies.

I had a problem with a refund from asos but the customer service department managed to sort my return for me quickly

I ordered 3 dresses from Goddiva via the Debenhams website. The delivery was very quick.

The dresses were beautiful and good quality, however I had to return them as they were a little tight on top. Otherwise stunning and good quality material.

Although I tried, I couldn’t create a return label through the Debenhams site and instead, was directed to the Goddiva site where I had further issues. Fortunately, I was transferred to the Goddiva WhatsApp service and the return label/QR code was created promptly and sent to me by a very helpful, supportive customer service representative.

Great company , quality dresses true to size and customer services are also very efficient with any queries

When i had an issue with returning an item, the customer service team were extremely easy to contact, helped me immediately and went above and beyond.

I ordered a dress from this website to attend a company's christmas party, seeing the price, I was convinced this is a serious company, I placed the order on the 26th for next day delivery, I only received a confirmation email that my order had been placed and that I would receive another email once the order is dispatched. I NEVER received another email, they can only ne contacted via email, and you receive an automated response and NOTHING else after, I don't know how I managed to have the tracking number and I tracked the order on Royal mail, long story short, I never received the order for the party which was on the 28th, on the 30th I saw the parcel had been dropped on my front door, I opened the parcel and I ordered a size 16, I am actually a size 14, it couldn't even go past my legs, so I started the return process and you have to pay £1.99 for the return. I have paid an extra fee £5.99 for the next day delivery which never happened and to return the order that wasn't delivered on time I have to pay, what a JOKE, and there is no customer service to contact.

I have been goddiva loyal customers for years. Love the dresses, customer service is brilliant and delivery is prompt.
I order via them direct or Debenhams.

Love Goddiva dresses, beautiful supportive corset detail but still great true to sizing.
My go to for any special event. Always receive so many compliments

Couldn’t get the returns working online for the dresses to be returned. I sent them a message and within an hour they had sorted it out WhatsApp the OQ code and emailed it to me. Not many companies would be this helpful.
