Go-Optic RIPPED ME OFF $197.99!!!!!

I placed an order with Go-Optic for a pair of frames only, on April 25, 2024 for $197.99. I have been calling them since 4/26/24 to cancel the order. I have gone back and forth with Troy many, many times over the last 2 months. I lost count how many times he has told me that my refund would be issued "that day". Here it is July 5th, 2024 and still no refund. NO Frames were ever sent either! I never received the order or MY money!!! I would NEVER recommend Go-Optic to anyone!!!!!!!

Bad customer service - in case you call them

I ordered a pair of glasses online and they gave a USPS tracking number. Tracking info shows it was left in the mailbox - which we never got. On calling the support line, they asked me to call USPS and ask them for "Proof of delivery" - which USPS does not give. Go Optic will not even open a claim for 30 days - waste of time.

Easy to use interface!

Able to sort by size, color, shape, brand etc. I've been shopping for glasses for weeks. Got it done here in a few minutes.

Go-Optic-poor service & outdated website.

Go-Optic has poor customer service, incorrect inventory and incorrect website info. I called for info to obtain "price matching" for frames I chose and found at a lower cost. I submitted the order, it was processed, I rcd an order # and confirmation, Next day, I get a message, "order was returned; out of stock" even tho it was processed. I called back and Troy tells me, website currently shows "out of stock" and was not honest about the message being recently posted or my order wouldn't have been processed & confirmed. Go-Optic needs updated website info and a more personable/understanding customer service rep other than Troy. He could have just apologized for the inconvenience or incorrect info posted instead of trying to convince me that I was in the wrong. I won't waste my time again, very disappointed.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. It says items will be mailed within 1-5 business days and then it says processing times may vary. My processing time is currently 1 month and then check back. I didn't order sunglasses to get in a month and a half. Such a joke. To cancel an item you will have to wait a month for costs 10% of your purchase. (When they have done nothing) I will never buy anything from this company ever again and you shouldn't either.

Quick search and easy to find what's in stock

I was looking to replace the frames on my current pair of Silhouette eye glasses. Go Optic had a wide selection of frames in stock and with many different sizing options. Invariably, they had a frame that I liked that was also in my size. Shipping was free and should be quick. They also provided a discount code, so I saved about fifty bucks.
