💩 on bed!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered.
After checking in, we used the room for about 1.5 hours before noticing a small but very clear dry feces stain on the edge of the bed, which we didn’t notice because of the blanket. We immediately went to the reception and politely asked for new sheets. The staff instead moved us to a new room, which we appreciated at the time.
However, the next day at checkout, the manager confronted us and accused us of causing the stain, despite having no evidence whatsoever. His own employees had checked the spot and confirmed to us that it was already dry, meaning it was there before we arrived. Instead of acknowledging a housekeeping mistake or handling the matter professionally, the manager chose to blame the guests.
His attitude during the conversation was indirect, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful. Being accused of something we clearly did not do, after discovering an unhygienic issue that should never happen in a hotel room, was completely unacceptable.
This experience left a very bad impression. Cleanliness issues happen, but the way management handled it was unprofessional and inappropriate. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and trains its management to handle situations with respect and fairness.
