Fantastic service and great communication

Arrived within the scheduled time slot. Carried out the service in a thorough and tidy manner. Everything was left as it was found.

Iuke very nice arrived on time and explained every process on the boiler which was first time since i had boiler installed,now i understand the boiler more.

The first engineer sent to fit a new boiler failed to arrive. No reason given.
The second did arrive but decided the job was complicated and left.
The third was very competent although his mate made a mistake resulting in permanent water staining on wallpaper.
Three weeks elapsed between first proposed fitting date and actual fitting!
It appears Glow Green is accepting more work than it has competent people to undertake and seem unconcerned.

Very easy to book a service for the boiler…customer service and communication very informative and very helpful…the engineer answered all my questions and queries professionally…taking time to process and answer the same…would encourage anyone to use this excellent service…

The new Vaillant EcoTec Plus 836 was virtually a like for like so the installation was quickly completed with upgraded kit as required.

I informed the supplier that the hot water supply was poor in comparison to the original 20 year old Vaillant EcoTec Plus 837. On inspection it was found the water supply was being restricted due to an undersized water softener which has now been replaced. I understand they won't be using this type again on high capacity boilers.

The new boiler is very quiet.

We started the process of getting Glowgreen to install our solar panels and battery on April 24th 2026. Now it is September 18th 2026.
Glowgreen is a very disorganised company. it displays poor inter-department communication. the materials to be installed were delayed 3 times before delivery. No explanation was given. The actual installation date came and went twice without anyone showing up: 23 days elapsed between original date and actual date of installation. The installation was not finished though and we had to wait another 34 days (during which time we had to chase Glowgreen repeatedly via phone and email) before the electrician returned to finish the job. the scaffolding is STILL UP despite being given 2 dates on which the scaffolders were due to dismantle it. Nobody showed up. In total we have spent 5 days waiting at home for Glowgreen's men to arrive. No explanation was given for these 5 no-shows. Just apologies and then silence. The scaffolding has now been up for 100 days. We have no idea when it will come down. We really regret using Glowgreen and recommend you give them a wide berth.

Amer, the engineer, from Glowgreen, who came to do my annual boiler service was friendly and professional. He explained what he there to do, was efficient and worked quickly and made sure he tidied up. An excellent service- I would be happy to recommend him as I'm sure he'd do a good job wherever he is sent. Marks out 10? 10 out of 10 for Amer and Glowgreen.

We had our boiler serviced again this year and had the pleasure of Luke for the 2nd year. Luke always asks if we have had any issue with the boiler, then gets on with the service. He engages with us to make sure we know what to do if there is an issue. He is always pleasant and professional Thankyou Luke

It was time for my annual service on the boiler, booking a time is a bit of a slow process as you can’t book a slot you have to wait and see when they can fit you in. Patrick the engineer who came was very polite and called when he was on his way he apologised that he had to come back as he needed a part. He left making sure everything was safe.

All great , happy with the service.

The engineer James was lovely, very polite and knowledgeable.

From start to finish glow green have kept me informed, what was going to happen. When it was going to happen. Both enginneers turned up on time. Went through the installation, were I wanted the AC unit going etc. Rob and Stuart both did a good job. Very impressed. Spent time after going through how the unit works. And what to expect. Would recommend glow green for your AC installation.

Spoke to Luke over the phone twice before deciding which company to go with for a new boiler. He wasn't pushy, he explained everything clearly and was very helpful, the engineer Dan, was very good and cleaned up behind himself, would highly recommend so far have no complaints ...

Good local company that is responsive to customer needs. I had a new combi boiler installed with them in 2023, a Worcester Bosch. I used their 24 mth interest free finance option to enable me to afford it. I have a 12year warranty with them and I pay them monthly for an annual boiler service/Gas safety certificate. They have always responded professionally to any issues I’ve had and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
