I was sent two of the wrong boxes. And the boxes they sent instead were both the exact same so I got two of the same box that I didn’t order.

I ordered 10 boxes of the glossy $5 boxes and I got them all the same. If you do not have them refund and return. I did not want 10 of the same boxes. I also don't like those boxes. I do not think I will order from this company again.

Love the products, but...
Update: After leaving this review. Glossybox refunded the price of the 5 duplicate boxes. I changed my one star review to four stars
Original review: I love the products. However, I order a total of 6 different boxes and received 5 of the same box. When I contacted customer service, they said they were out of the other boxes and substituted what was in stock. I was disappointed.

Love it but so many problems
I love Glossybox but have had nothing but trouble with getting products that I’ve ordered. The company doesn’t really care that you don’t get what you ordered. Unfortunately I am addicted so I keep ordering. The boxes are great — filled with top-notch products.

Best company ever. I hosted a girls weekend and made these items, a white elephant, so that every lady got at least five items. It was a hit of the party. Their products are phenomenal.

And it looks like we are also unable to purchase your summer bag and other limited editions that are exclusive to the UK. Past two orders had 1/9 correct
Past two orders had 1/9 correct. It was fun for a bit but now that the shelves are more sparse, I guess, I am not getting anything that I asked for and I feel rather taken advantage of. Yes it is cheap but I am getting the same stuff that I did not ask for over and over again. Waste of money, time, shipping and the labour of the warehouse workers. There is no way to reach anyone.
