Abbie has been wonderful, very supportive and helpful during our onboarding. When we opened our studio, we were able to directly reach out with questions and she was always quick to get back with answers. If she didn't know the answer, she got back to us within a few hours!

Honestly it was all Theresa, her genuine care for my business and how she can help solve my problems was very comforting. I was sold this service and the sales person did a great job at selling it. Was very attentive and responsive when wanting you to sign up. I was told how it would be suitable for my online mental health business. I paid £3000 upfront for the year and after 3 weeks (Jan 2023) it was clearly not suitable and I was unable to launch the service. I kindly asked for a refund (Jan 2023) as I had been unable to use their service. They acknowledged my email and then radio silence for months. They finally offered me 1 months refund of £240 in April after multiple chasing. This is not sufficient as it was a service I was unable to use/launch. I requested a 11 month refund as I had not and will not be using the service. Again more chasing and false promises of obtaining a contact I could talk to/escalate to. A final response of there is not anyone you can talk to and that their financial teams decision to not refund is final and pointing me to t's & c's I had signed which I am sure they will do in response to this. Typical behaviour of online scammers. Their financial greed has put my business into a difficult financial situation as well as my own mental wellbeing. Its tough enough in business without companies like this promising you the world, taking your money and then pointing you to their T's & C's and not taking personal responsibility and applying a fair moral head to a situation. Be careful what you are signing up for
Glofox is with their customers to help every step of the way. To the initial zoom call, to onboarding, Glofox makes sure their software and app are user friendly and understood us, their buyers. Great experience so far.
Abbie is very helpful and knowledgeable...she responds quickly with visuals so that I can see my mistakes or how to fix a possible issue for the next time. Our business really appreciates Abbie.
My boxing club had been using Mindbody for over 10 years. Various frustrations with the system meant that when we opened a new venue we finally had the opportunity to give Glofox a go.
To say they are a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Their representatives, as well as the system itself of course, provide a stress-free professional experience, allowing us to focus on our business.
I don't want to load on Mindbody too much, but it feels like we have been able to exchange a problematic and expensive staffer for an eager, no-nonsense associate who provides all the support we need right out the gate in a simplified, easy to work with fashion.
I couldn't recommend Glofox more highly.

I have mainly dealt with Theresa, my account executive, so far when it comes to GloFox (I am a new customer). Theresa has been nothing short of amazing. She has been patient, resourceful, and genuine with my numerous questions and concerns. Based on my experience with her I made the decision to go with GloFox (after choosing a different competitor and realizing that GloFox had more to offer both in customer service and product). I will update after I dive in to the platform. So far though I am very excited!

Abbie has been so incredibly helpful with all of our Glofox needs! She is always quick to respond to our emails and is a pleasure to speak with during our zoom meetings. She knows the system very well and can usually answer all of our questions right away. If there’s ever anything that she’s not 100% certain about, Abbie goes the extra mile by researching the topic and getting back to us in a timely fashion.
I signed up to glofox as I was promised it was better than minbody.
It has been worse. The customer service stopped as soon as the sign up process was over and was impossible to get help if I needed it.
The only other time I was given good customer service was when I emailed to cancel my account and they hassled me to not cancel, acting as they cared about my business all of a sudden.
I'm now being charged a $700 fee to export my clients details.
100% do NOT recommend.

Theresa Campbell and the rest of the Glofox team are friendly, professional and very helpful every time when I reach out to them. They are not just dealing with big, commercial gyms but also look after small local fitness studios like us. We've been with Glofox since we started the business, our members are also happy with the member APP. The APP is easy to use for members to book or cancel. So far our members have positive reviews about the Glofox member App.
