Excellent, very easy to deal with and very prompt service. No messing around, when I sent my Rolex for assessment the price was agreed and the whole deal was done within 24 hours, very prompt payment. Excellent all round.

Highly recommend. Have sold to and bought from GWS. On all occasions they have proved to be professional, efficient and respectful providing a service that felt very personal. Recently purchased a Sub, I asked if there could be a little bit of movement on the price the positive response came back very quickly, transaction completed shortly thereafter with watch on my wrist the following morning. I would without hesitation go to GWS before any other well known preowned or unworn watch retailer.

I cannot fault the service from Simon and Matt. both were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions with patience. Nothing was too much trouble and they showed me a number of beautiful watches that met the criteria of what I was looking for. All done with absolutely no pressure. I really liked that I did not feel pushed to make a quick decision and was given all the time I needed. First class service and delighted with my watch!!

Great service from Matt
Great service from Matt. Personal and friendly with no pressure. Was given ample time to view the watch and everything was just as he described as I was coming from 2 hours away by train.
He even went so far as to accompany me to get the watch pressure tested for water resistance rating.
Would highly recommend and happy to know I have another contact to buy and sell watches from.

I contacted Global Watch Shop as I was..
I contacted Global Watch Shop as I was looking to sell 3 Rolex watches all with boxes and papers,I had contacted other dealers and had received absolutely ludicrous offers. I spoke to a gentleman named Simon,described the watches and the condition and he offered me a very good price for all 3 as long as they were as I had described. I made an appointment and took the watches along I met Simon and Matt while following social distancing and keeping to the Covid regulations, they looked at the watches and confirmed the offer and I must say the offer was much better than any other I had been quoted by other dealers and was an amount I was more than happy with.
By the time I had signed the paperwork to confirm I agreed the price for each watch with Simon, Matt had transferred the money to my account. From start to finish I felt very comfortable, both Simon and Matt were extremely friendly and professional and I can honestly say if I sell any other watches I will definitely use Global Watch Shop.
