Fantastic service from LBJ Watches.

Harrison has helped me massively on two occasions now when buying Rolex watches, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the experience. His communication throughout has been excellent — always responsive, helpful and straightforward — and the level of service has been first class.

Both watches have been exactly as described and of fantastic quality. Buying a Rolex is a significant purchase, so dealing with someone you can trust makes a huge difference.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harrison and LBJ Watches, and I’ll certainly be using them again in the future.

The communication from Luke and Harrison was first class, they did everything exactly as discussed and calmed my caution about buying a GMT that I hadn’t seen, from a business I hadn’t visited- the watch arrived exactly as promised and was in ‘as-new’ condition, a beautiful looking watch, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use LBJ again

well what can i say from start to finish Luke was outstanding and attentive from description to price. i acquired a piece i was after and he certainly delivered. I can honestly say i will be a repeat customer as they came up trumps whilst others failed from my experience. From doing a deal to having my watch in my possession in less than 24 hrs well what can i say . 5 stars all round and not to mention Harvey in keeping me updated towards tracking . Made initial contact by email to book a video appointment. Slight mix up with the booking system, but soon rectified with a phone call from Harvey. He was very patient and thorough showing me the watch on video. Answered all questions and knowledge was good on the history of the watch. All in all the whole process from start to finish was smooth and painless. Information on carrier was presented and arrived perfectly on time.
